Lawrence Cram

  • Lawrence Cram is a Research Fellow of HERG and Professor Emeritus at the Australian National University (ANU). His experience in executive management of research includes three years as Executive Director at the Australian Research Council, eight years as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at ANU and four years as Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research at Charles Darwin University. Prior to taking up executive research management roles, Professor Cram conducted research for over thirty years in engineering, mathematics, astronomy, physics and computing. In recent years he has published a number of articles and reports on the scientometric evaluation and global ranking of universities. Professor Cram is a graduate of the University of Sydney.
